Do you still have Tri-Chromaleane or Thermolift Classic? NO. These products were eliminated from our product line due to the Ephedra issues. It is now illegal to sell or purchase them in the United States. Please review our current list of Weight Loss Products.

Can I mix and match your products? Yes! Our products are designed so that they work even better when combined with other items.

I am taking the statin drug Baycol in combination with several other pharmaceuticals.  Can I take and should i take PDR? YES! What type of payments do you accept? We accept various forms of payments. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are always accepted. You can also use your debit card as a credit card. Checks and money orders are also welcomed.

What countries do you accept orders from? Orders can be shipped to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

How do you ship? The method of shipping depends on the weight of the package. Packages under 2 pounds will be delivered by regular postal mail. Packages over 2 pounds are delivered by UPS or similiar delivery service.

Where is my order coming from? We have warehouses in Illinois and Ontario.

How do I check the status of my order? Your products should arrive in 4-7 business days. If it does not arrive in 10 business days, please either email me or call me at 1-800-533-1395 so I can check on it and see if there has been a problem.

What is your return policy? Our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are a retail customer and are not satisfied with a product, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. If you are a member you may return a product within 60 days of purchase for a product exchange. Retail Customers may return a product within 90 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping). Before returning product, call Customer Service at 1-866-354-8384 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. A $5.95 restocking / reshipment fee may apply. Where are you located? We are located in Florida and have distribution centers in Canada and the United States.

What name will appear on my credit card statment? . All credit card orders are processed by Vitamins Direct and that is who will appear on your statement.
