No
artifical sugar of any kind because
it can make your body STORE fat.
Try to exercise 30 minutes a
day. Even just walking for 30 minutes straight is exercising.
Find
a free app that lets you enter
your food that you eat and exercise that you do each day. Then at the
end of the day it should tell you how many calories you ate based on
what you did that day. Most apps are free.
Drink
at least 3 QUARTS of water a day.
If you don't like water, add lemon juice to it or add Mozinga Energy
and Hydrate drink to it. Measure you water intake. ( put out
3 quarts
of water on your kitchen counter and have it done by 8PM) Dinking at
least this much water will help you flush fat and will make bowel
movenments easier. Also it will lubricate your joints and help reduce
pain in your body.
Drink
no sodas. The sugar in just one
sugar is way to much. Sugar turns to fat. Also the phosphorus acid
which is in carbinated sodas can cause bone loss over time.
EAT
BREAKFAST this is most important
meal of the day. It gives you the energy you need. A high protein
breakfast is the best. If you don't eat breakfast your body will
store fat...its true.
If
you have healthy ingredients and
don't know what to make with them. Find a cooking app that you can
enter your ingredients into that will give you recipes to cook. Most
of these apps are free.
Take

help you lose weight. For example fruits, vegetables.

using app to log my food and
exercise using 1200 calories as my goal. Some days I have more
calories available then I can use. (calorie deficet ) on those
days....the next day I may lose a pound.
Weight
yourself daily. Log it daily.
You will get where you want to be if don't give up.
